The first edition / Your details
Your interest.Your privacy.
This notice covers pre-orders, our earlier planner interest list, the newsletter signup and the review form.
Pre-orders and Shopify
You can choose a cover, quantity and optional gold-vinyl name on this website and add them to your bag. When you continue to checkout, we pass that selection and the name you want printed to Shopify to prepare your cart. The selection is not added to the interest-list database. Shopify will collect the contact, delivery and payment information needed to process your order, and provide its checkout privacy information. Your order and tracking will be managed through Shopify. Adding planners to your bag does not create an order or subscribe you to marketing.
Your account and orders
If you sign in to see your orders, Shopify handles the sign-in by emailing you a one-time code; we never see a password. This website then keeps a sign-in token in your browser so it can show your orders, their status and tracking from Shopify. Signing out removes it. Your account and order history are held by Shopify.
The launch list: what we collected
Your name, email address, profession, preferred covers, potential quantities, personalisation choices and registration date. We record your consent to launch updates. We do not ask for delivery addresses or payment details.
The launch list: how we use it
Eyedeas uses these details to estimate demand, plan the first print run and contact you about this planner’s launch with your permission. Registering does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Newsletter and updates
New newsletter sign-ups are completed through Shopify’s email sign-up form. Shopify records your email subscription preferences so we can send weekly journal prompts, articles and eyedeas news. Every marketing newsletter includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops future marketing emails but does not stop essential messages about an order. Buying a planner does not automatically subscribe you.
Earlier newsletter sign-ups remain in our protected website database with the name, email, signup date and consent version supplied at the time. These have not been automatically imported into Shopify. To ask about or remove an earlier signup, contact us using the details below.
Where it is stored
Our website and registration database are hosted by Cloudflare. The interest list and exports are restricted to eyedeas’s authorised administrator. We do not sell your details.
Reviews and feedback
If you leave a review, we collect your name, email, rating, optional cover choice, review text and submission date, with your consent. Reviews are sent privately to the authorised eyedeas administrator so we can read and respond to feedback. Your email is not published. If you tick the optional public-sharing box, Krupa may approve your first name, rating, cover choice and review for display on the website. Existing private reviews remain private. You can ask us to remove a public review using the contact below. Submitting a review does not subscribe you to marketing. Review details are stored in our Cloudflare database and reviewed regularly; we remove personal details when no longer needed. You can request correction or deletion using the contact below.
Keeping and removing details
We keep your registration for launch planning and the updates you requested, review the list after launch and remove personal details when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to correct your choices, stop contacting you or remove your details at any time.

Message @eyedeas__ on Instagram for questions, corrections or removal requests. If you receive a launch email, you can also reply to it to leave the list.
Website operation
Cloudflare processes connection information to operate and protect this website. Administrator sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Your browser remembers your chosen Espresso or Cacao website palette and the planners in your bag on this device. Our Instagram and TikTok previews are local images; following their links takes you to those platforms and their own privacy notices.
